General Assembly

The General Assembly of the ordinary members is the highest authority of the Association. It controls the Association and appoints and controls its Management.

See the By-laws, 7 and Rules, 4.

According to clause 8.1 of the Ecma By-laws, the President shall each year call at least two ordinary General Assemblies. In 2019, the first one was held on 26-27 June in Geneva (Switzerland) and the second one was held on 10-11 December in Tokyo. In 2020, the first one will be held on 16-17 June in Switzerland and the second one will be held on 9-10 December in North America.
